NTPC has been recognized for Employee Excellence at the “2nd Edition of Employee Excellence Summit” conceptualized and executed by ET Edge and The Times Group.
 
The Employee Excellence Summit 2023 organized on the theme “Empower. Engage. Excel” acknowledged and celebrated great employers and workplaces. The award was received by Shri Sital Kumar, Executive Director (HR), at a function held in Mumbai on 13th September 2023.

The recognition is a testimony of NTPC’s people practices and approach and signifies NTPC’s unflinching commitment towards achieving excellence in the development and management of its Human Resources through continuous process improvement, employee engagement, focussed learning and development initiatives, providing career and growth opportunities and ensuring employee welfare.
